pik365 reserves the right to decline registration or suspend an existing Account where it has reasonable grounds to believe that any eligibility condition is not or is no longer satisfied. Players found to have provided false information during registration will have their Accounts terminated and any associated funds may be forfeited.
Each Player is permitted to hold one Account on the pik365 Platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. Where pik365 identifies duplicate Accounts, it reserves the right to close all but the original Account and to void any winnings generated from duplicate Accounts.
Players must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including their full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and contact number. pik365 may, at its discretion, request supporting documentation to verify the information provided. Failure to provide accurate information or to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension or closure of the Account.
Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their Account login credentials, including their username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. pik365 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where such access arises from a failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.
If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify pik365 support immediately at [email protected] so that appropriate action can be taken.
pik365 is required to conduct identity and age verification in accordance with its licensing obligations. All Players must complete KYC verification before any withdrawal of funds is processed. Required documentation typically includes a government-issued photo ID (such as a CNIC or passport) and proof of payment method ownership. pik365 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time.
pik365 supports the following payment channels for deposits and withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR): JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, USDT, and Bitcoin. pik365 does not accept deposits from payment methods not registered in the Player's own name.
Deposits made via JazzCash or EasyPaisa are typically credited to the Player's Account within minutes of transaction confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to reflect. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited upon confirmation of the requisite number of network confirmations.

Unless otherwise specified in the applicable bonus terms, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before they may be converted to Real Money Balance and withdrawn. Real Money Balance is always used before Bonus Balance when placing wagers, unless a specific game or promotion states otherwise.
All bonuses are subject to an expiry period as stated in the applicable bonus terms. Bonus funds that have not been wagered in accordance with the applicable requirements within the stated expiry period will be forfeited without compensation.

pik365's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
pik365 does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. While pik365 takes all reasonable steps to maintain Platform availability and security, it cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times.
